Every meeting room has a private terrace or a private part of the garden. This direct connection to nature offers a unique possibility for informal conversations, outside brainstorm sessions, or a relaxed break. You can also take your flip-over outside and continue working underneath one of the big birch trees. In the garden, you will find terraces at every outdoor space, picnic benches, and seating areas.

Here you will not have the feeling of a ‘meeting factory’, but an intimate ambience that enhances your group’s focus and productivity. Our five meeting rooms are authentic and supplied with every supply you’ll need for your program. Two of our meeting rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there are multiple, smaller sub-rooms available.

The serene location of Samaya, in the middle of the calming polder landscape, at the edge of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, creates a unique atmosphere that enhances strategic meetings and concentration. Samaya is centrally located, and there are plenty of free parking facilities on our own grounds. The calm atmosphere is the perfect setting for strategic sessions, management meetings, and other meetings where clarity and focus are essential.

We have five meeting rooms, of which two are equipped with air conditioning, and there are multiple smaller sub-rooms available. When necessary, we support you with the technical aspects of our presentation tools, such as monitors, beamers, and audio equipment. Our 30 hotel rooms are all comfortably, but soberly furnished and all have access to a private bathroom.
All meals we serve in our dining room are Burgundian vegetarian, prepared with organic ingredients. If desired, we also cater to private dinners or private lunches, to ensure a continuous workflow. For our evening guests, our living room is equipped with private fridges with drinks, and we supply a diverse assortment of snacks.
We offer several options for meeting rooms, ranging from professional to spiritual settings. We offer space and peace for individuals, trainers, and professionals to inspire and to be inspired.
